Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Business Operations to join our team and be a catalyst for growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical issues for timely decision-making, coordinating leadership team meetings, collaborating with internal partners for external engagements, managing goal setting and scorecard process, and leading special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and analyze business performance data to inform decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate business risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Professional designation preferred with 8+ years of experience in business operations or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
  • Result-oriented and able to lead and motivate professionals
