Restaurant Operations Manager

HAKKA EXPRESS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions, including catering and use of facilities.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
