Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that our software meets the required quality standards.
  • Automation Testing: Design and develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in our software products, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques; experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#; experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
