Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Decor Shade Systems Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business services
  • Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize electronic schedulers and word processing software to manage tasks and communicate with team members
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
