Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operations, personnel workloads, and other relevant data.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.
  • Communication: Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Possess knowledge of highway trucking rules and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and will be required to work under pressure. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 35 hours per week.
