Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Coordinator to join our team at BC Children's Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient appointments and schedules using a computerized scheduling system
- Manage patient records, including demographic information and medical history
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Grade 12, plus two (2) years' recent experience in a clinical or administrative role
- Ability to keyboard 45 wpm and knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
