Position Overview

We are looking for a MAC Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing furniture installations, office relocations, and eco-friendly decommissioning services as part of various facility move initiatives.

Key Duties

  • Oversee the delivery, installation, and relocation of furniture
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective services
  • Develop and manage schedules for furniture installation and relocation
  • Prepare deficiency lists and remediation strategies
  • Conduct site visits to supervise furniture delivery and installation
  • Support procurement and billing documentation processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Background in project administration or coordination
  • Capability to work autonomously and fulfill project objectives
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
