Job Overview

Paladin Security is a leading provider of security services, dedicated to making the world a safer and more secure place. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve security objectives and improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance security knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Class 5 or higher driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts, including A, B, and D shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug panel screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid certification.
  • Advanced security training.
  • Experience in a security or law enforcement role.
