Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Shancheng Li, Lisheng Wu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living space
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals
  • Cook and prepare meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing care and support in a comfortable and familiar setting.
