About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their software needs are met, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software and its features
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss customer feedback and process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
