Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Rain Carbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel to ensure that production targets are met.
- Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure that production schedules are met.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and develop production personnel to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that raw materials are available when needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall plant performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Experience with continuous operations and process control.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
