Job Title: Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Stranville Living Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will involve standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as handling heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role.
