Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Cowichan District Hospital. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in teaching and education of medical students and residents
- Support the Rapid Access and Diagnostic Virtual Unit (RADU) in managing patients
Work Environment
Cowichan District Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, and diagnostic imaging. Our hospital is affiliated with the University of British Columbia's Island Medical Program and participates in teaching and research.
