Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Harrison Spa Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work to be carried out as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the motel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
