Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments.
- Maintain the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle.
- Provide strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
- Valid driving license (required)
