About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards and providing clear communication on updates and changes.
  • Demonstrating ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to colleagues in collaboration with the management team.
  • Training and developing colleagues on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, encouraging an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays in high-impact areas, driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred.
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify stated and unstated customer and associate inquiries and needs.
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.

As a Part-Time Retail Store Associate at Winners, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, with a competitive hourly rate of $21.50 per hour.*
