Risk Management Associate Director

At MUFG Investor Services, we're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Third Party Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and implementing our Third Party Management governance framework, ensuring compliance across the organization and identifying, reducing, controlling, and reporting key Third Party Management risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain the group Third Party Management governance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and coordinating with Compliance, Operational Risk, and internal/external audit to meet group and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for Third Party Management related queries and provide guidance and training in line with third party management policy, procedures, and regulations to internal clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee, advise, and support all parties in the performance of ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of Third Party engagements.
- Identify third party management issues and risk trends, agreeing on remedial actions and implementing best practices.
- Assist in maintaining the group records of Third Party Providers and Outsourcing Registers.
- Continuously look to automate and develop the third party management processes for efficient completion of third party management governance.
- Assist in reporting to the Outsourcing and Risk Committees on the third party management governance framework.
- Prepare and deliver Client due diligence presentations as directed.
- Manage, support, and train other members of the Third Party Management team as necessary.
- Primary level degree in law, business, finance or a relevant professional qualification.
- Prior experience in in-house legal practice, third party management, risk or compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBi, and other data analysis tools is an asset.
