About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also be expected to identify customers' financial needs and provide them with the best solution through FNBC's products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and be highly adaptable, professional, and efficient. Experience with financial institution software systems and cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience are preferred.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Acceptable criminal record check and credit check
