Exciting Student Work Term Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hydrogeology student to join our team at Canadian Natural Resources Limited. As a Hydrogeology student, you will have the opportunity to work on a project within either our thermal or conventional teams, gaining hands-on experience in mapping aquifers and associated geological units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and assessing regional geological and hydrogeological data
  • Regional bedrock and Quaternary aquifer mapping
  • Mapping the extent and hydraulic head of regional artesian aquifers
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Geology, with a specialization in Hydrogeology
  • Required to be physically and mentally fit for work
  • Motivated self-starter who can thrive as an independent worker and in team settings
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility for project outcomes, and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams
