Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at EXPRESS SMILE CARE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English or French.
