Building Services Coordinator

Modern Niagara is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Services Administrator to join our team in Port Coquitlam. As a key member of our Vancouver Services team, you will provide administrative support to our members, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records of service contracts, ensuring timely execution and resolution of contract execution issues.
- Service Contract Entry: Accurately enter and update service contracts in our system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Equipment Entry: Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment, including entry, assignment, and maintenance.
- Dispatch Support: Provide support to our dispatch team, ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Accounting Support: Assist with accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate office services, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline work and enhance efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as office management or administration.
- Progressive administrative experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
