About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Smart N Save (Canada) Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Planning

Develop and implement effective store operations plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business, and develop strategies to address them.

Merchandise and Services

Develop and implement plans to determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our stores, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.

Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive sales, and increase customer engagement.

Financial Management

Manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Staff Recruitment and Development

Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail operations role
