About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Lucent Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
