Beauty Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on beauty products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to understand customer preferences and needs.
- Build long-term partnerships and client relationships through strong communication and follow-up.
- Promote sales of beauty products and services, providing information on new and existing offerings.
- Encourage sales by promoting the Hudson's Bay credit card and loyalty program.
- Leverage product knowledge to differentiate the service experience and consistently seek trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for customers.
- Understand the competitive market and stay aware of trends and new products.
- Assist in the execution of special events, seasonal gift with purchase, and holiday programs.
- Act with customers in mind, possess great networking and relationship management skills.
- Go above and beyond goals while supporting team objectives.
- Elevate performance and have a clear vision of goals and business perspective.
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Proven consultative skills to provide information, advice, and guidance to customers on beauty products and services.
- Good knowledge of various beauty products and services available.
- Ability to conduct sit-down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application.
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
- Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends).
