Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer - Machine Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge AI software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software according to specifications and documentation
  • Coach colleagues in AI technologies
  • Take initiative on projects and tasks
  • Uphold software development guidelines
  • Research and implement new techniques and technologies
  • Advise clients on technical decisions and direction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer with at least 3 recent years in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and/or Predictive Analysis
  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering specialized in AI, or equivalent degree or experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Proficiency in Python 3, Key Python Libraries, Data Analysis, Machine Learning Operations, Application Testing, Development Methodologies, GoLang, Java, JavaScript, and Enterprise Software Development
