Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Bellevie Cafe / Bakery and Eatery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Create and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Bakery or pastry kitchen environment.
