Production Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Port Moody, British Columbia. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for blending, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks, as well as checking boilers and taking readings/making minor adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:- Staging and charging of raw materials and completion of all associated documentation
- Loading finished products into tank trucks, drums, totes, and other packaging
- Accurately weighing and recording material charges and times on documents and in database
- Supporting plant EHS, Maintenance, and Utility personnel as directed by management, may require moving pallets using a forklift (empty, raw material, or product) and movement of drums, hoses, and valve operation, including opening and closing manual valves
- Using Distributive Control System (DCS) to move materials and increase production efficiency
- 4th Class Power Engineering qualification
- Computer skills (DCS, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Math skills (inc. weights, measures, and conversions)
- Understanding of process equipment regarding function and assist maintenance in feedback to maintain the equipment
- Lift and control a minimum of 50 lbs. load from floor level to standing position
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round
- $80k-90K YR
