Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee our inventory management processes at Canature Processing Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our stock handling operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery.
  • Organize maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks among staff.
  • Manage requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and storage logistics.
  • Plan and manage the operational logistics of the organization.
