Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

The Vice President, Partnerships & Alliances – Partner Programs will play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class comprehensive partner program, driving strategy, administration, and infrastructure to expand and scale the programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the partner program, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key partner segments and opportunities for growth, developing go-to-market strategies for different partner types.
- Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Design and implement comprehensive partner programs, including incentives, training, certification, and support.
- Monitor and optimize program performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
You are a fit for this role if you possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
- 10+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain deep relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic, innovative thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to execute tactically and independently.
