Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Colwin Electrical Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and employees across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policy Development: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support our business growth.
  • Employee Benefits and Health and Safety: Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment.
  • Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Certifications: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
