Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is required.
