Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Gora Jaimal Wala Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination over long distances, often across international borders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Load and unload goods, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Obtain special permits and documents required for international routes.
  • Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
