Job Title: Janitor

Top Ten Cleaning Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically capable Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Grounds and Landscaping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work Environment: Work in all weather conditions; work at various locations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads; repetitive tasks; physically demanding; bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
