Exciting Opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Executive

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that allows you to demonstrate your sales expertise? Appcast Inc is on the lookout for an Enterprise Sales Executive to promote our advanced Solutions to direct employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to present Appcast Solutions.
  • Assess incoming inquiries to identify viable sales prospects.
  • Develop and finalize sales agreements to achieve and surpass objectives.
  • Showcase our offerings to clients through virtual demonstrations.
  • Leverage various communication platforms to connect with prospective customers.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Employ your innate curiosity and determination to boost your sales outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Possess a 'Hunter mentality' to actively pursue and secure sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on precision and effectiveness.
  • Data-focused and proactive in identifying solutions.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exhibit a proactive and ambitious attitude.

Experience and Education:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Enterprise software sales, ideally within HR Tech or Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly regarded.

Travel and Work Schedule:

  • Anticipate travel to be approximately 25% for this position.
  • This role will follow a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work.
