About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our team at Raj Uptown Salon & Spa Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

The Spa Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
