Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advisory support to our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive credit analysis, structuring, and pricing expertise to support business growth and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address business needs, design and develop tools and training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders and maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information.
Requirements
  • Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and loan documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
