About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at MSQ Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the classification and rating of occupations to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees to promote a culture of trust and respect.
    • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Workplace Health and Safety
    • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks to employee health and safety.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
