Senior Relationship Manager

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on sales and service strategies.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure BMO remains competitive.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
