Restaurant Manager

Lazeez Shawarma is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language of work
