Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Tamarack Physiotherapy and Massage Ltd.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, maintaining inventory, and processing files and paperwork.
Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare professionals with daily tasks and duties
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Process files and paperwork
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
- Order supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The Medical Clinic Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
