About the Role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive analytical solutions and tools to support the Compensation team's goals. This role will involve analyzing market data, creating reports, and providing insights to inform pay governance and strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation data, assist with system configuration, and maintain plan documents.
  • Structure, analyze, and interpret large datasets using statistical methods.
  • Develop analytical models and reports to deliver insightful data analyses for faster decision-making.
  • Coordinate salary survey participation, summarize market data, and provide insights to support the annual salary planning process.
  • Act as a key contributor to the development of country pay structures and assist with Sarbanes Oxley compliance and testing.
About You

You're a fit for this role if you have:

  • Proven strong analytical and quantitative data skills, with advanced execution skills in Excel and Access.
  • Sound experience in Compensation and associated Data Analytics, with good knowledge of major market data providers.
  • Proficiency with HR database queries and knowledge of Human Resources functions or disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate your own and the team's work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft business applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
