Position: Account Director, OEM Client Services

Role Overview:

The Account Director will spearhead the management and expansion of relationships with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) strategic partners. This position encompasses leadership in strategy, business growth, and project oversight to strengthen partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key personnel at OEMs
  • Offer strategic guidance for OEM platform development
  • Oversee daily account management tasks, including reporting and performance analysis
  • Coordinate projects and product initiatives with internal teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for designated partners and offerings
  • Identify and promote business development prospects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance platform effectiveness
  • Ensure exceptional process delivery to OEM clientele
