Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with rental needs, including vehicle selection, pricing, and rental agreements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring accurate and efficient communication with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Market the company and its services to customers, promoting our brand and values.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including research and billing support, accounts receivable, and supply maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
