Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Corporate Policy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic policies that drive business growth and social impact.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic policies that align with our business objectives and social mission.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and social impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize social issues that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement CSV & ESG tools, frameworks, policies, and processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of tactical plans and budget that lay the foundation for our 2030 vision.
  • Direct the execution of shared value initiatives and projects, ensuring effective management, meeting objectives, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree focusing on business, healthcare, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, or equivalent.
  • ~10+ years of progressive experience in business or healthcare strategy, operations, innovation, social impact, or related field.
  • ~ Proven experience in a leadership role focusing on strategy, innovation, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, or a related field.
  • ~6+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in a matrix organization and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • ~ Proficiency in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government entities.
  • ~ Demonstrated passion and commitment to social impact.
  • ~ Strong understanding of shared value principles, business strategy, and experience in integrating social issues into business models.
  • ~ Strong understanding of program management, operations, strategy development, and market dynamics.
  • ~ Ability to develop and implement metrics to measure initiatives' social and business impact.
