About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 professionals and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and report preparation, to support business development initiatives.
  • Plan and execute development projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Recruit and hire staff, building a high-performing team to drive business growth.
  • Respond to enquiries from the business community, providing expert advice and guidance on development opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences, informing business development strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, creating a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business success.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions, leveraging digital channels to reach new customers and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites, providing valuable insights to inform business development decisions.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia, showcasing your expertise and driving business growth through thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement business plans, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
