  • Education Requirement: Completion of secondary school diploma
  • Experience Level: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and seating areas
    • Utilize dishwashing equipment for cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils
    • Track and record food inventory usage
    • Prepare take-out food orders
    • Portion and package food items
    • Assist in the preparation and finishing of simple meal items
    • Serve patrons at counters or buffet setups
    • Restock refrigerators and salad stations
    • Process customer orders efficiently
    • Sanitize kitchen areas including surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and tools
    • Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse
    • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
