Security Ambassador

Boardwalk is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Concierge to join our team. As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Be a visible presence on site to ensure the well-being of our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by opening doors, assisting with bags, and other tasks
- Conduct site visits, patrol the exterior and interior property, and inspect all areas to ensure they are safe and secure
- Ensure all signs are clearly visible and in good condition
- Inspect parking areas, look for damaged or abandoned vehicles, and report any issues
- Replace burnt-out lights as needed
- Pick up garbage and perform other tasks as required
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as needed
- Phone in with customer service to ensure all issues are addressed
- Complete all reports and submit them to the leader daily
- Ensure all correspondence with customers is noted in the tenant memo field
- Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and on-call maintenance assistance
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- 2 years of customer service and/or security experience preferred
- Security license required
- Computer experience with web-based programs preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
