Housekeeping Supervisor

Grouse Mountain Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure a clean and well-maintained Chalet.
- Identify problem areas and formulate solutions to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to determine the Chalet's overall level of cleanliness and perform follow-up maintenance as needed.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed to ensure guest safety.
- Monitor and replace working parts of the Chalet as necessary.
- Drive the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting staff.
- Manage unusual events to keep the Chalet operating at standard.
Requirements:
- WHMIS Certification
- At least 2 years of janitor experience
- Knowledge of computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft
Working Conditions:
- Working indoors and outbuildings
- Dealing with cleaning chemicals
- Able to safely lift up to 40lbs
- Work on your feet most of the time
Compensation and Benefits:
