Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Peri Wagner-Sues. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Plan and organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote children's social development and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and self-esteem.
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, if applicable.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines and commitments.
