Job Description

Trigyn Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions and systems integration, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our core Level 3 Operations team as a Social Media Operations Specialist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented professional to support our cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise. The primary responsibility is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enable our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless integration and support of social media cloud services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to social media services, including outage handling and root cause analysis
  • Manage user tickets and escalations, providing timely and effective communication to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues and implement new social media software and tools
  • Perform on-call support to ensure 24/7 coverage of social media services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
  • Windows desktop support and browser support (IE & Chrome)
  • Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment, including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Experience working and collaborating with external vendors
  • Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media software and tools, such as Hearsay, Socialware, and Sprinklr
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
